The band emulates all the movements and mannerisms of the Ramones and honors the fashion by sporting leather jackets, tight jeans, and shaggy haircuts. The Ramones’ “wall of sound” is recreated by lightning fast down strokes on the guitar and bass. Biography:

20 years after their last concert, The Ramones are more popular now than ever. They were inducted into the Rock & Roll hall of hame and their t-shirts have become a staple of American fashion. Today, The Ramones are considered by many to be the most influential rock band of all time and the Ramones concert has become one of the romanticized shows in rock history. Being that all four the original member are deceased, a reunion of any kind is an impossibility. However, there is hope for the legions of fans who want the Ramones experience.

REMONES USA accurately and authentically brings the classic Ramones show to your favorite rock club. It’s like 1977 at CBGB's all over again. REMONES USA emulates all the movements and mannerisms of the original band. Moreover, they honor the fashion of the Ramones by sporting leather jackets, tight jeans, and shaggy haircuts. REMONES USA accurately recreates The Ramones’ sound with a technique called down-picking: were a down-stroke, on the guitar or bass, is repeated without an upstroke. Given the speed of most Ramones songs, down-picking requires the player to strum at a rate faster the eye can see. This is a demanding style that few players can maintain. REMONES USA plays only down-strokes, which is the secret for how REMONES USA sounds so authentic.

Booking Information:

Set-Length: The typical Remones USA set is 45-60 minutes. We can adjust the length of our set to the needs of your event.

Technical Requirements: Remones USA needs to be notified if the club does not provide the PA and at least two microphones (with stands). If microphones and a PA cannot be provided, let us know so we can provide them.

Attendance: We take pride in our shows being well attended. We also understand that the continuation and success of a music venue is based on attendance. In addition to heavy promotion, we space out our shows as to not play in one area too often. This ensures that a Remones USA concert will always be a special event and we will not divide our draw with multiple performances. As indicated on our "recent shows" section, venues who host one Remones USA show often have us back multiple times.
